Not Loading Skins!!!?!

My WB5 isn't loading skins.

Help, i am using WB5, loading skin does nothing! it doesn't load into system tray and i can't get it to work. it leaves Windows with the default skin. I am using the paid version of WindowBlinds 5.
What is wrong?

trial or paid?
what operating sytem (and service packs)?
any install errors?
did you install WB5 to default path or other?
if paid, did you install separately or through the StarDock Cendtral browser?

maybe copy/paste the system info (link on left side on WB configure)
