internet explorer loses its customization

Hi, I bought the object desktop and thus got window blinds 5. I have just recently discovered sometimes when I use internet explorer, its title bar changes to the classic windows style. The temp fix is to change skin and apply it, then it'll be fine, until I open a new IE window. Then it becomes the classic windows style title bar. Everything else is skinned though, even when I open other folders, its just IE. I made sure I had the most up to date version and I intend on using internet explorer and not switching to firefox.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I can include a screenshot if neccessary.

Copy and paste the "System Info" from WBConfig, and post a screenshot. These would help a lot. Along with those, give a little detail on what running processes you may have in the background. For example, if you are running WindowFx and WindowBlinds5 with "Menu Animations" enabled in WindowFX, this could cause a similar affect as you describe. If this is so, try disabling this option in WindowFX. If this is not the case, the aforementioned screenie and info-paste would be helpful. Hope we can help.

Thank you for the reply scropio. I don't have windowFX installed so that's not the problem.
The funny thing is this problem occurs in both my desktop and my laptop, which has an ati x800pro and nvidia 6600 go respectively.
anyways, I wonder what is the problem. The skin i'm using is Nebula

Try the newest update available through Stardock central. If that doesn't fix it.. install the 77.77 drivers available at Nvidia.com. The GE Force 6600 has had some problems if you are running the latest drivers.

Mine does the same thing, only it does it when I browse in Firefox -- when I first open the window it is Windows Classic, then I unmaximize the screen to move it around and it changes to the skinned version. Sometimes after a while the entire thing disappears (the top title bar as well as the left/right and bottom skinned parts of the window). Everything else remains, like the taskbar, and I can still minimize/close the browser from there. Firefox remains completely functional when this happens.

I just minimized the screen to get my WB info, and it the titlebar disappeared -- here's a screenshot:

I've just noticed that it happens when I minimize from the taskbar and the maximize again. But, if I maximize the window by right clicking the taskbar button and selecting the maximize option from the menu, the titlbar returns to normal.

I don't know if the problem I have and the problem above are related.

It does not matter what program you are running.
If that program is maximized it all goes to Clasic style.
