Windowblinds not installing wallpaper.

I'm using the latest version of Windowblinds. I just updated to the latest release today but it didn't fix my problem.
My problem is that windowblinds no longer installs the supplied wallpaper. If I cycle through my skins, the preview window
keeps the current wallpaper, except for the default skins that came with windowblinds. It will only auto install the wallpaper
on those default skins which came with windowblinds. When I first started using the product it used to install them with no problems.
I am certian that the skins I download and use supply wallpaper.

First of all, most blinds don't come with a wallpaper. But, to have the walls that do come with them installed just open up WB configuration and check the "apply supplied wallpaper" under Basic Settings and Enhance Desktop Elements.

The ones that do come with walls show the preview, otherwise you get what you already have on your desktop.

I know about the "apply supplied wallpaper" and it's on but still won't load the wallpaper. I'll try reinstalling the program.
