WB5 & Skin Problem: Help?

I'm having problems with a particular skin working correctly with WB5, apparently.

BlackMetalV2... here are the "symptoms":

1) toolbar icons shown in screenshot, large or small, do no appear as in scrn; just normal
2) taskbar is not there; just a black strip across the bottom of my screen
3) the search buttons in Google are these extremely tiny, unreadable things which hardly look like buttons at all

Anyone else having these issues?
Any suggestions on a fix?

This is one of my favorite skins, but it's not really usable with these problems occuring.

go back and read the comments. from #60:

Sorry 'Hapkido', I forgot to change the toolbar icons before I took the Screen shot. I don't normally include toolbar icons as I use the XP defaults most of the time..

Anyway the toolbar icons in the screen shot are from the Darth WB skin by the awesome Dangeruss & updated by Mike B.

Ok thanks, but that only answers one of my questions.

The other problems remain unresolved.

never skinned a blind. can't help there. sounds like the others are separate issues.
1) post system info from WB config
2) maybe a pic of the google search buttons
