UPDATE

Sadly, I think we've lost the battle Just got a late night (here) visit from 2 members of yet another agency to inform us of their intent to press criminal charges against Tanka in the morning. Given the nature of their complaints, the fact that they are govt/semi-govt workers who carry more weight and have considerably more influence than we do, it would seem the matter is entirely out of our hands now. Prior to this, Family Services considered her wild streak/nature as non-indictable juvenile behaviour...but a repeated overstepping the line in the last few days has changed all that....with Family services now being replaced by the Justice Dept to ensure the matters are correctly addressed.

I simply cannot express the negativity coursing throughout my body, heart, soul and mind right now, but I not gonna let it beat me, and we'll continue with our plans to move on....obviously without her. Leniency, we are told, is no longer a consideration!

So very true.
And speaking as a father that is about go through his own custody battle in two weeks, and who has more dealings with so called "experts" than I'd care to admit, this totally sux mate.

Both Moira and myself are thinking about you guys, sorry for not being in touch via email mate, but things have turned to crap for us down here....for now that is...

Both Moira and myself are thinking about you guys, sorry for not being in touch via email mate, but things have turned to crap for us down here.


No worries about the emails, mate, we fully understand that you've got your plate full and are otherwise preoccupied. Fairly much the same here....and today she turned up here, accompanied by two officials who were least pleasant to say the least, to collect the remainer of her personal posssessions. Indications are that we may not see her again...except for some upcoming court issue, but you'd hardly call that quality time, given the most likely outcome will be an enforced separation, imposed this time by the authorities, who seemingly only act when it suits them...NOT BEFORE.

Practically got down on our knees and begged them for help...genuine help for all of us, as a family. For all the good it did us.....may as well have drunk weed killer and pissed on the pot plants to if they'd positively respond.

There's a thread on here about prayer and religion, etc....the evils of the world.

Well I've come to the conclusion that Satan/ The Devil retired some time ago....handing over the reigns to 'presumed' child care workers.
But even the title is a misnomer....a person actually has to achieve/produce something and be functional to be considered a 'worker'
The title child care worker, to me, implies that the bureaucracy requires distinctions to know the difference between who is a typist, pencil pusher, receptionist, etc....and the "child care worker" is the one they shove in yer face cos the pecil pusher's to busy and don't have a university degree in Golden Book analysis.

The bloody Satan has got alot to answer for....at least when he was still in charge, kids got a good swift kick up the arse for stepping out of line too far....now they're given enough rope and left to their own devices, which is obviously, negative and non-productive for themselves, society and the distraught parents pulling out their hair and losing the battle to keep it all together.

World war 3 won't be nation against nationagainst nation militarily...it'll be todays youth in complete anarchy and rebellion...doing al Qaeda's because our generation/society betrayed and let them down...to put it bluntly, when enough of them have had a gutful of our blaze` attitudes, ineptitude/ inactivity

A major research institution has recently announced the discovery of
the
heaviest element yet known to science. The new element has been named
Governmentium.

Governmentium (Gv) has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy
neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass
of
312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons,
which
are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called
peons.

Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be
detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into

A minute amount of Governmentium causes one reaction to take over four

to complete, when it would normally take less than a second.
Governmentium

Precisely my point....though I must qusetion the conext in which moron is used.

The word moron could imply more on than off....and it seems to me these scum bags, elected or self appointed, are more OFF the job than they're ON it.
