Beta 5: Colony without Initial Colony Building

I had two different colonies that were created without the initial colony building. They had zero population and couldn't really do anything. I destroyed them and re-colonized, still no initial colony building.

I have had this happen on initial colonization and on a planet that I culturl flipped.

Two colony buildings - I've seen that on Minor civ's homeworlds.

Minor civ homeworlds appear to always have two Civilization Capitols. I don't know if that's intentional or not.

I can confirm colonies building without a Colony Capitol as well.

I see this more when I update my drivers, plus some other weird stuff like Earth becoming Sol (1) or (2) etc... etc... the only way I have seen to correct it is to d/l and reinstall the beta after I have the changed the data the game is relating to.

Some other things I have noted is during invasions of other systems some of the planets will have duplicate space docks (don't delete either) as this will cause you not to be able to build a ship there for the rest of the current game.
