ThemeManager problems

I have just purchased and installed ObjectDesktop (upgraded from WB 5) and am having trouble with ThemeManager. Specifically, when I try to load it I get an error message about OBZip.dll not being found. I have ObjectZip installed and OBZip.dll is correctly installed in the Common Files\StarDock folder in Program Files. Further, I am able to open and run OBZip archive without error and have ok'd setting OBZip as the default handler for zip files. I *do* have WinRar 3.51 and StuffIt Deluxe 9.1 installed, if that makes a difference.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the affected apps and rebooting to no avail. Thoughts?
