GCCONFIG won't start --- Beta 4d.

After downloading Beta 4D trying to start GCCONFIG gives message "This application has vailed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Had the same, fixed it by copying the file from the galciv2 folder to the gcconfig folder

I had to do a complete uninstall/install to get beta 4E to work. However, I also discovered that this problem is still there in 4E. GCCONFIG refuses to start because it can't find d3dx9_29.dll. Copying the file from the galciv2 directory to the gcconfig subdirectory allows gcconfig to work again, but this problem is going to be a real stopper for the first time user until the install process is changed to handle it.

I guess this is really Beta 5. So says the title bar when I bring the game up in windowed mode.
