I'm using WB 5 and skinning MS Project Professional 2003... Granted MS Project is a strange duck and different from the other Office apps...
WB5 Feedback:
The title bar buttons are skinned, but they are not active. One has to use the menus instead.
The dropdown menus and toolbars don't skin.
