hello ppl. it is my first time using this program. can i get a manual or something to get familar with this program. i also need to know how to load themes that i download from wincustomize. they are in .PGN format, how do i make the program use this file. plz help me with this.

if it's an actual theme..say like LaST Cobalt.. then don't separate it.. the whole folder goes in /themes...it already included the .ini to correctly place the various parts where needed.
