WB5 Internet Explorer Bug?

I noticed that the 'Open/Save' button when you right-click in IE to download a file or simply opening up the Dialog box isn't being skinned. This isn't a problem when I goto File > Save As ..but only when you right-click anywhere on a webpage document. Anyone else having this problem?

This is a theme specific issue as I have checked it (using BadLands Wb by NT)

Its a problem with the save pictures dialog itself. It is not theme aware.

If you open the same dialog in IE without WB (using the default XP UI), you will notice the buttons don't skin either.

OK, first off, why are you using IE anyways? Firefox doesn't have that problem.
