WB5 taskbar transparency problem on exit from gaming

I am not sure if it is skin related, WB5 related, or both, but when I exit from gaming, I have noticed that my taskbar either looses transparency or has the residual image of the game transpoosed in it rather than reverting the 'see through' style it is normally.
I am using Kol's Vista XP V3, and like I say, I don't know if it is simply a skin issue or a program issue, but I wanted to make you guys aware it was happening if you didn't already. Isuppose this has something to do with how the gpu is used. I have a 6800Ultra atm using Forceware 81.95whql. I did however notice it on my 9800Pro using cat 5.11 as well.
