Bug: UltraMon & FileBox extender icons disappear from v5 skin titlebar

v5 (A touch of glass & others) skins don't show additional icons in the titlebar.
For example, ultramon (www.ultramon.com) or filebox extender (http://www.hyperionics.com/files/index.asp). When I switch back to a v4 (dotRed II), I am able to see my additional icons.

I'm seeing this as well with XFilesDialog (a utility similar to Filebox extender) which adds both text and additional icons to the titlebar.

This is normal. Additional titlebar buttons like that are not compatible with per pixel skins. You may be able to click where the buttons should be to use them, but they will never paint.
