A few interesting numbers..

What I want to know is...

I remember hearing ths week about the soldiers that were killed and the two or three car bombs that went off in Iraq. But what I did not hear was this week in Iraq, 526 insurgents were detained or killed and 104 weapons caches were discovered during 355 combined operations throughout the country. More than 30 percent of those operations were conducted independently by
Iraqi Security Forces.

But I did hear about the other stuff. Hmm wonder which shows more positive aspects of our troops. Think I know.. :)

Combined operations: 355 IEDs found and cleared: 146 anti-Iraqi forces detained: 526 foreign fighters captured or killed: 15 Weapons caches found and cleared: 104 Link

That is great news, and shows us the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey, this stuff wasn't reported on the "news", so it can't be true. Right?

Or in even more positive terms, 355 IEDs that won't produce filled body bags, 146 bacteria who won't be targeting my buddies in the C Btry, 1/148th Field Artillery, 526 bacteria who have been prevented from shooting at Texas Wahine's husband... before he even gets there, countless weapons that are in our hands... not their's.

PRICELESS!!
