100% clear taskbar

I found a bug in the first beta of WindowBlinds5 that made the taskbar 100% clear.
I was using Arrow.
I liked it though.
Now that I have upgraded to a newer beta I can not dupelicate it.
I have Skin Studio and all that great stuff.
I tried to edit the skin my self and make the taskbar 100% clear.
NO LUCK.
I'm sure it is really easy to do, I have just never used the software before.
Please advise.
Thanks.

There's 2 ways you could do it. One involves editing the taskbar background image itself in a graphics progam, and making the background totally transparent, or in Skinstudio, in the taskbar background section, add the 'Transparency - level' attribute, and set it's value to 0.

Okay, I must be an idiot because I can not get this to work.
I tried both methods.
I tried to edit the .tga in Photoshop.
I made it clear, saved it, re-epllied the skin, then it just looks white.
I tried making it "pink" for transparent, just ended up looking white.
I tried changing the value to 0 in Skin Studio, no effect.
I am usin the Arrow Skin with WB5.
What am I missing?
If you have this skin, try doing it yourself.
You can even email me the editted .tga if you want.

Here is the effect I am looking for:

under the options on the right side for your picture (when you're going the photoshop route) in skinstudio make sure you click transparency and translucent.
