Unclaimed resources show through FOW.

This has been happening for many beta levels but I was unable to find the original thread I created.

Some (but not all) resources show in the main view in unexplored space.

I've found that most of the time that they show through as an available resource as soon as the AI has built a starbase there. I wasn't sure of that until I watched it happen. Had the Dregin run a constructor through a tendril of my empire, and right on queue, a resource appeared in the FOW right where the constructor was heading a few turns after the constructor entered the FOW.

Both are happening. Unclaimed resources and resources that other civs have built star bases on. But not always. Only some of them show through in unexplored space.

same here cept that i have seen reasources claimed by ai 9 times out of 10 very few unclaimed reasources got through to me

Still happening on Beta 4D. Only some resources show, and only some of the time. At the start of a game they don't show through, but after a year or two some of them will show up from clear across a gigantic galaxy.

It's not just resourses. Entire star Systems are showing up in the FoW for no apparent reason...

I've never seen that on the main map, just on the mini-map, where stars are always supposed to show through the unexplored mask and after researching the tech "stellar cartography" planets are supposed to show through the unexplored mask.
