I thought of putting this under Humor, but unfortunately, it is all too true. Randy Hale won election to the Romoland School Board, even though he is in jail!

He could not campaign, debate or canvass voters and yet he still won. So what is his crimes? Jay Walking? Speeding? Nope!

He is in jail for violating Parole for Spousal Abuse and Drug possession! And this is the type of person they want guiding their children?
