Research screen issue

When loading a saved game, the research map does not center on the item being researched.
Also, already researched items are grey as if they are still un-researched. And un-researched items are colored as if already researched.
Also, the saved game when reloaded does not maintain the "Very Fast" Technology Rate from the setup screen.
