It may be your video card.

For the correct help, you would need to install WB5 beta > start the WB config panel > click the Troubleshooting link on the left of panel > copy and paste the information into this thread so the tech support representatives can see the report.

Hopefully someone from support will drop by (tonight or tomorrow).

The report indicates that your system meets the basic requirements.

If you have not already tried it, you might try one or all of the following while waiting for a reply:

1 - unload all programs (including Stardock programs) > restore the default Windows theme > restart computer > start WindowBlinds > try applying one of the prepackaged skins (say StealthOS) > test for functionality.

2 - If #1 fails - unload all programs (including Stardock programs) > restore the default Windows theme > restart computer > save your WB skins to a temporary folder > then:

- Run Stardock Central > deselect "Show pre-release versions" > install WB 4.6 > reboot

- Run Stardock Central > select "Show pre-release versions" > install WB 5 beta > reboot

- Test

These are just a couple of suggestions which you may or may not want to attempt.

I am not an official support rep, so my knowledge is based on experienced use of the beta, not on inside knowledge of the program and all the bugs that have been found and/or fixed.

I appreciate your time and help in this matter. I just finished un-installing WB 5 again, so lets just say im fed up with in-stalling and un-installing at the moment. Ill wait and see what else may happen with some other advice without un-installing anything right now...Thanx again, Zakk
