Suddenly will not load

I am have trouble with Icon X all of a sudden, it started with the lastest upgrade to windowblinds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but that did no good.

Whenever I try to run Icon X I get an error message and xp asks if I want to report the problem to microsoft. Hmmm???? any ideas?

If you have a saved theme (or even if you have not, since it does not load), you can try clearing the cache by deleting the IconX cache folder.

Outside of that, I am not sure what the issue may be.
