Transport Suggestion

A few people have complained that the limitless space aboard transport ships isn't realistic. It isn't, but there would be problems with just putting a limit on how many people can fit on the ship. If the limit's too high, it won't affect gameplay much except at high pop planet invasions. On the other hand, if it's too low, invading high pop planets will become very tedious.
My suggestion is to say how many people are going to use the transport when you start building it. This would determine how much production it would take to build the transport. So you have to spend more resources to send more people, which is realistic, and you don't have to deal with huge swarms of transports for large invasions. The player can consider the transport to be a fleet of transports, rather than just one.
The same thing can be done with colony ships, but it's probably unnecesary. A regular ceiling for how many people can board is probably better. And of course, this thing might be just not worth the effort to build the code and GUI for.
