Daylight Savings Creates Blindness???

No Links to this because I heard it on the radio on the way into work today. But the newscaster actually said:

Time changes are bad for vision.

I think I know what he meant to say, but that is the stupidist thing I have heard on the radio since I listened to Randi Rhodes!

In case you are wondering, since it is radio, I don't know if the newscaster is blonde or not.
