HI my name is SK. I too am an addict. In less than a year I can't wait to wake up in the morning and see whats new. It only took a few short months and I'm an admin at a skinning community and a skinner. I used to think I spent alot of time on a computer now I can't spend enough, if I'm not wokring I'm playing with my latest skin idea or reconfiguring its look. I need help too.

i don't like to think of this place as an addiction! sounds kind of dirty to me. i would rather call it a past time.

yes i spend so much time here it's..

past time to go to work
past time to go to lunch
past time to go home
past time to eat supper
past time to go to bed
some times its even past time to answer the telephone or door bell
dang, my coffee was cold and the coffee that was in the pot is burned and taste awfull after i warmed my cup up! this has been happening alot since i've started comming here

yeh, BoXXi, do you build up a tolerance, or is it the same each time? Checking every hour (or more often) to know the number of downloads. A taste in your throat as you load the page with a new comment? Silent discouragement from a low rating turning into resolve to "show them" with the next upload? Does all that go away after a few dozen dozen uploads?

Well it happened. A crash. Hardly able to keep my eyes open. I went to bed. 11 HOURS later I woke up. I guess I needed it. Now I have to do some speed reading to get caught up.

I did a similar thing last night, went to bed and didn't get up until 14 hours later. I obviously needed it as well, haven't been sleeping too well recently, with just an hour or so here and there.....until then.

Stimulants? Who needs stimulants? Not when you've got WC and Object Desktop

Then, when endless hours of WC become lullaby-like.....who needs sleeping pills.
