Icons and Background not working

I need help with the icons

from WinCustomize Forums
When I downloaded the themes for WindowBlinds it showed a whole bunch of cool icons and wallpapers. All the other parts of the themes work but this. Is there a problem with my program or what? You will need IconPackager to modify the icons.

Check to make sure both settings are enabled:

-Load the WindowBlinds Configuration window
-Click "Basic Settings"
-Under "Enhance Desktop Elements" make sure the following are enabled:
-Apply any wallpaper supplied
-Apply any icon packages supplied (IP required)
-Click "Apply Changes" on the left menu
