Changing Desktop Wallpapers

i am having trouble when i change my desktop wallpaper. every time that i try to do this (usually by right clicking on my desktop then clicking on properties) windowsblinds unloads itself! is there any way to change the wallpaper from inside the program? i am using v4.6
also, i get the classic menu for the logout/sleep/shutdown screen instead of the one that is supposed to be with the skin. this happens for all skins that i load. anyone have an idea why?

Is that a free version or paid version?
Mine's paid, doesn't unload no matter how I change walls. rightclick - propertes, browse and rightclick - set as wall, wallpaper xchange, etc.

Not every blind I use has the restart/shutdown skinned. generally i think all have the switch user/log out skinned.
