I am serious.  I want to know how many people know about Natalee Holloway?  If you dont, that is cool.  I am curious.

definately know about Natalee Holloway, but pressed to guess I'd only be able to wonder if the Taylor is that 20something black woman that went missing somewhere in the New England states - wasn't she pregnant too?

best answer yet, but no.  She is another MIA (now found DOA), but without the national press.  And I wonder why.

Yeah, he's definitely got a lot to answer for. My wife mentioned something. He had pics of her on his website. As soon as the yokel news decided to start airing things about her disappearance, he yanked them. Quickly.

Seems that I'm not the only one that thinks he deserves to have a nice sharp needle jabbed into his arm. Check out the quote from Behl's mom ...

Last year for our anniversary my wife and I did the Whale watching package;

For something like $150.00 we got 2 nights beachfront, 2 passes for the whale watching, 2 passes for the Aqurium, and dinner for 2 at some locally ( forgetable ) famous resturant.

Virginia Beach is fantastic OFF SEASON !!, the locals absolutely hate the seasonal crowd, and seem appreciative of adult ( read money spending ) tourist.

It would be a lot of fun..., Great Irish Pub with live entertainment, nice sports bar w/ the BEST wings !! By the way, we never saw a single whale. Just a bunch of sea birds and a dolphin.

Seriously though, that Rita lady on MSNBC did something on her, and I think a couple other late night political commentary shows had her on. I don't tend to watch the local news (never home for it), so everything I heard was national.

[note: I didn't watch the news yesterday and so didn't realize they id'ed her body until I read this. I'm pretty heartbroken for her mom.]

Yes, Dr. Guy. I had heard it since Labor day, but as you are right to point out, I'm living in Northern VA, which is where Taylor was from--which is probably the only reason I kept the tv on when the CNN/MSNBC stuff would turn to Taylor.

I think that is pretty much the nexus of the story, and I have to ask why?  WHy Holloway, and not Behl.  Was it their mothers? I dont expect to find the answer here.  and it may never be found.  But I have to look.

No, if you have not heard of Natalee Holloway, you just dont pay attention to the news.  Lots of people dont.  But she was in the news for 3 months and still pops in now and then.  The other did not make the news until they had located the body - a month after her disappearance.

I will rephrase that.  The Internet sources did not.  I dont watch the TV versions of the MSM.
