Flickering in windowsblinds 5

Now that I've got this up and running I have been messing around with these new skins.
The only issue I have found so far is that the window for selecting a package in IconPackager the programs is constanytly flickering. Ive hunted around and this doesnt have with any other programs except for MatLab while running a process, and that is not only much less pronounced but happened from time to time beforehand. Anybody else having the same sort of problem? It happens with every skin I apply, even the skins for 4.x...
