Odd Problem..

When i double click or press the z button it doesnt fullscreen properly but when i press the full screen button on PowerDVD it works fine..
I get this problem with most skins that i use.. only dogmax doesnt have this problem.. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this...

When i double click, instead of doing a full screen it does this

I have reproduced your issue using PowerDVD: program not going fullscreen when double-clicking or pressing z and a windowblinds skin is applied.

However, if this were an issue with WB not skinning properly, we would be able to directly address it. Since this issue is concerning PowerDVD not fullscreening, I would suggest you try hitting up their support team. (You could also mention that two of their competitors' programs (Window Media Player, WinDVD) have no issue going fullscreen when a skin is applied ).

To be more specific in your PowerDVD technical inquiry, I've noticed that when resizing a window, the video will stretch to accommodate it. However when making a jump to fullscreen, the video will stay the same size, though the window will go fullscreen.

Final Thought: The PowerDVD video overlay seems to be ignoring the fullscreen message (other than with the fullscreen button), though it will respond to any resizing.
