Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
You bet!
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,170134,00.html| I'm gonna go farther; I think there should be background checks on all aid applicants and anyone with an outstanding felony warrant rounded up. |
If I'm going to open my home to someone, I think that I should be aware of any criminal history they have. I've had background checks done on babysitters who have watched my kids in their home, so there's no way I'd have a total stranger come live with me without first knowing what (if anything) their criminal history is.
I may be soft hearted, but I aint a sucker.
Agreed, Bakerstreet. ACLU employees should be forced to house ALL the refugees in their own homes and neighborhoods. When their valuables, their families, their lives are directly affected we can see how rigid their principles are.
why wouldn't the ACLU fight against it remember they support MANBLA for their freedom of speech rights.
Many of these victims went back into lines to get more then one debit card
Sure I feel bad for the victims of KAtrina but be realistic here diamonds plasma TV's and Fendi Vutton bags isnt't going to house/feed their children.
No. Poverty is caused by drug addiction and alcoholism, ignorance, laziness, criminal activity, irresponsible breeding, and an attitude of entitlement. Anyone who thinks that setting them up in a free shelter and handing them a wad of cash is going to make a lick of difference is just a farking idiot.
It's disgusting it has nothing to due with race.......................... the race card comes in (to whine for more because of the prejudice white man trying to kill them with the magical weather machine)........because very few non african american individuals happened to be there or shown on the TV footage.
IMHO, if the ACLU is successful in stopping any background check, and there are any problems, they are responsible for them. It's time to hold accountable those people who obstinantly stonewall people who are trying to protect their communities.
