I am sick of this. You fucking liberal bastards can't seem to get it through your pea sized brains.
There are plenty of people to blame when it comes to the Katrina disaster. I have a couple of questions for you though. Have you ever been to Biloxi or Gulfport? Do you know the socio-economics of the people who live there?
They are poor. They have a few basic industries. Ship building, fishing and gaming are what those people do. How do I know this? My dad is from Biloxi. I spent summers there with my grandfather until he remarried and moved to Gulfport.
I have also spent a little time in New Orleans and I know the poverty levels there. They aren’t much different.
Why aren't we hearing all of the bullshit coming out of Mississippi? Could it be because they had a plan and followed it?
I doubt you pissy liberals can come to grips with such a damming question. The reason there were so many people in New Orleans was because transportation for many of them was refused over and over. No school busses for these folks. I'd just as soon see them die as to make them ride on an un-airconditioned school bus. However, I will cram them into a stadium that isn't equipped to handle the ill prepared evacuees. (and don't give me this shit ... It was the end of the month. They didn't have any money. If you can't make what you have stretch, fuck you! You need to be removed from the gene pool. I live pay check to pay check. I have plenty of bills. I am lucky to have a few bucks at the end of the month, but I always seem to make it stretch. How? I don't go to Mc Donald’s for lunch. I make sure I don't run all over town wasting gas running errands. I make it work. If I have a few bucks left over at the end of the month it is simply because I didn't squander it and I try to live within my means.)
The very people who elected the Louisiana quacks to office got fucked by them and fucked good. Do you really think Blanco, Nagin or Landrieu give a shit about the people of New Orleans at any point other than election time? NO!
I am in no way saying the Federal response was perfect. There are many things to be scrutinized in the end. I am sure this was not the best possible plan, but at least they had a plan and followed it. Louisiana and New Orleans had emergency plans, yeah … not followed.
The massive federal response would have been unnecessary if there was no one left in the city to rescue. If you deny that fact, well, you ARE as dumb as you seem.
