What operating system?
What version of windowblinds are you using?
Freeware or full version?
Where did you get the version you have?
Have you checked all your settings in windowblinds settings?

Try rebooting. If that fails, uninstall windowblinds, reboot, and reinstall windowblinds. Be sure to set it to the default xp style before uninstalling.

Did this problem start when you installed windowblinds or just recently?
Does it happen with all Windowblinds or just the Longhorn one you show?
When did the problem start? Have you installed any other software or hardware prior around that time?
You can try clearing the cache as shown in this tutorial Link
If that doesn't help you might want to try uninstalling/reinstalling Windowblinds when you have reinstalled you will find the default XP style listed as Windows XP Style in the list on the appearance tab.

Do a repair with your operating system disc.

Go into BIOS set-up > set the CD drive to first device in boot sequence > place Windows XP disc in CD drive > save changes and exit BIOS set-up > watch for text prompt to "Hit any key to boot from CD" and then hit a key > hit Enter to start Windows XP set-up (do not select the option to Repair using Recovery Console) > hit F8 to accept the license agreement > hit R to select repair on next screen > follow prompts to repair your current Windows XP installation.

This should repair all system files.

Note - for consistency, I would unload all programs > apply Windows Classic theme via Display Properties before repairing.

Your other option would be using System Restore to restore the computer to a point before you deleted the theme files.

FYI - asking for Microsoft files via this forum is a "no-no" - so it would be advisable that you find a way to fix the issue using the resources that Microsoft has included (System Restore, OS installation disc, or the Microsoft Knowledge Base).

You could also try the following at a command prompt:

- Type: sfc /scannow
- Hit Enter
- Have OS installation disc ready if requested

This is mainly for system files, and therefore may not work to restore your theme files, but may be worth a try.
