i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one.



But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

How do I choose?
So I'm wrong, Artist are NOT sensitive?
I was worried I might make someone mad, so I changed my icon, just for tonight.

I have known a couple and they were.
More moody than sensitive.
But still walk on egg shells around them.
I hold artist in very high regard!
