Rhymes for a lazy Sunday

Sunday, in one way, I'll get some shit done, before the sky grays and weekdays command me to run. The to-do list is weighted down heavy with ink, and I pause to notice the flaws and I think, that this is beginning to lose it's purpose, for those without prose who haven't heard of this. Nameless, rarely shameless, but forgetful at times, inbetween indifference and making a difference lies inbetween the lines. Leftovers are compromised in the name of spontaneity, but I settle for leftover mashed potatoes without gravy. The taste of life now is savory but has a bad after taste, and everything I leave on my plate now seems to go to waste. There must be someone out there hungry for what I provide, but I've been seeking, and they continue to hide. Or are hidden deep beneath my consciouness, and I've passed them by many times ignoring the consequence.
