Help with WindowsBlind Color in Dreamweaver

Hello, I really like the Stardock products. I noticed that in dreamweaver WB changes the color but doesn't add the skin. I was wondering if anyone knew where the colors are coming since they are the same even when I change the skin. I attach an image of the normal XP on top and two WB skins below. Thanks for any help.
