Theme Manager Errors Out with Save Desktop

Here's the message:

AppName: thememgr.exe AppVer: 2.1.0.1 ModName: user32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2622 Offset: 000162cf

Process: I run ThemeManager and select Save Desktop. ThemeManager does that and just as it finishes the process, it errors out. Every time.
