once when lenny was "busted" in nyc not an unusual occurence btw, he was caught with "works" when asked what this was for he said, "i get headaches and take asprin, cannot stand the taste of asprin"

He broke customs and explored borders in his monologes, that are still the gold standard for "rough comedy"
