Having a problem with scrollbars showing up

Alright, whenever I download and install a theme, everything conforms with it, except for the scrollbar design. What gives?

Are you using the unregistered version? Only the purchased version skins everything.

Scrollbars, and a few other things aren't skinned in the shareware version.
