Policy makers and parents have won the battle against Top Heavy Games', The Guy Game. The developer has thrown in the towel, apparently, and is using the footage from the Spring Break based trivia game to produce a collector's edition DVD, dubbed The Guy Game Gameover!
The Guy Game came into trouble when a girl appearing in the game said she hadn't given consent to Top Heavy Games to use her footage. What's worse is that she couldn't have given her consent, as she was a minor at the time and was thus legally incapable of doing so. Since the lawsuit started, sales of The Guy Game have been banned, but no longer will the footage goto waste.
