What is the differences between "Windowblinds" and "Suite"?

excuse me,I want to know what is the differences between "windowblinds" and "suite"?
We use windowblinds software to install windowblinds,how about suite?

On the other hand,I use this skin"https://www.wincustomize.com/Preview.aspx?Source=katu30425/wb/sswc.jpg"
the head topic's color is orange,but when i install this skin,the color is grey...
when is the matter?is that want to register?

go to the suite gallery and read the descriptions. Suites contain more than just windowblind skins. You can install suites with theme mgr.

A suite is a collection of skins and themes for various applications. If a suite contains a WB skin it requires WB to be installed in order for you to use it. Likewise for anything else that might be packages with the suite.
