Reloading a saved game - destination point missing for ships on auto pilot.

Not only does the destination indicator dissappear, but all ships have a n/0 movement. (Ships on auto pilot still showed their autopilot status.)

I thought I had seen this mentioned before, but I could not find a thread whose title was explicit enough to find it.
