OMG - Crash and Burn!

After Update

I hadn't used any of the Startdock stuff for several months, just cause I got tired of the fancy stuff. Anyways, I opened up Stardock Central and a ton of updates ran. I rebooted and all hell broke loose on a PC that ran PERFECTLY FINE prior to Stardock Central updating all of that stuff.

Now, I can't even CTRL+ALT+DELETE or run basic programs -- I get an "Application Failed to Initialize" error.

What the hell did you guys do to my computer?!?

Just a messagebox with an error?
I got an error recently regarding service.exe not finding msvcp60.dll. After I clicked OK nothing else happend, even in Safemode. I first tried to copy the file from my XP CD to my system32 folder where i should be, but when I restarted it was gone again. I then copied it to my Windows folder and C root. The computer worked fine after that. Prior to that, all I've done was install updated from SC. (note: I wasn't sure if Norton had updated secretly in the background.)
