Theme Manager

Good Evening All:
I am new to Theme Manager and was wondering if anyone can help me with a little problem I am having installing suites. I am trying to install FlyOS and Cyberskin (suites) but keep getting an error message: Error: Failed to copy skin file. Thank you for your help in advance.
