Changin shortcuts

Just downloaded the Darkzone theme for Desktop X and just wondering how can i change the shortcut in the menu'sto actual programs and files ? ive tried different themes and dont know how?

any help much appreciated.

builder mode

right click DX tray icon - choose welcome
then choose create

then you can right click on stuff and go to properties
