Windows Media Center

No workee

Well, just bought a PC with Windows Media Center. Installed 4.10 (the one I bought for my previous system) and no luck! Windows Blinds doesn't show up in "Appearance". Is this an issue? Thanks!

Oh... old system was using Windows XP Pro.
