Firefox Menu Problem

Supposedly, FF fonts are hard-coded (as I've read here). My problem is that I can read the FF menus just fine on my desktop and HP laptop (both have ATI video cards), but I get light gray text on a white background on my newer laptop with an nVidia Go 660 card. (All 3 computers use the same skin.) Is there a way to correct this on the nVidia machine?

Are you using the same release of FF on all 3 machines? Have you checked to make sure you're running the latest nVidia drivers?
If you are, then you might try rolling back to an earlier driver.
You could also try using a different FF theme and see if you get the same problem.

FF1.0.3 on all machines. Haven't checked the nVidia driver yet--actually haven't had time to do that, but it's the next step. Thanks for replying.

I think you can change most (if not all) of the Firefox UI by editing one of it's XML files. Or perhaps stylesheet. Don't think it's hardcoded into the sourcecode it self.
