Shutdown/restart and logoff/switch user windsows arent being skinned?

i just installed windows blinds today. in some descriptions of skins that i have downloaded, it has shown the shutdown/logoff windows skinned and it has been running smoothly and effectively, except that the shutdown/restart and logoff/switchuser windows arent getting skinned. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same thing happen to me, please help, I even tried Alienguise skins and they do not work either. Also Stardock Central just updated today and was working fine until then.

I'm not and it updated a few components yesterday just fine but the Windows are still "Classic" all the themes do is change the color

I had the same exact problem. Stardock just updated my components yesterday and now all the skins look like crap (ie: no button skins are showing just classic look) and I keep getting rundll32 errors. I am running up to date version of XP Pro.

Everything was working just fine prior to the update. I am very pissed off right now.
