Weather and runtime error

I had to employ the nuclear option and just start over. Now ObjectDock weather causes a runtime error, no code and abnormal program termination and shuts down till I remove the weather docklet. I managed to trouble shoot this down to a DHCP client. Shut it down and it runs fine, enable it and runtime error. Can't figure what’s causing this. Works fine on a similar computer and worked once before on this one.
