Start Menu

I'm a newbie so, excuse me, but how come my start menu is not skinned with Window Blinds? I got some error message stating that the start menu could not be changed.

Are you running windows xp start bar or the classic version? if its the classic then it won't skin it

I've changed it to XP Start Bar and it won't skin. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Please Help!
