I cannot download the new beta release

Problem with account

I don't know what happened but somehow my account with Total gaming was deleted, when I tried to download the new beta release I found that I don't have any longer an account with Stardock, every time I try to log in the Stardock account it says that I have entered the wrong email account. What is going on? My order number for my renewal was Customer Name: Mario A McDonald
Order Number: VZMN37929428-0207052148

Any ideas? I have e-mail customer sales but no answer.
