Taskbar, Folders and Start Menu Don't Change!

Hello. Im using Windowblinds 4.4, and having some difficulty with it. I'm currently using the neOS shell, but I've tried others. Any program windows that are open are fine (such as MSN, I.E., Firefox, etc.), but my taskbar, start menu and folders such as My Computer, My Documents, and my hard drives don't reflect the windowblind, and remain as the basic windows graphics. Does anyone know what's wrong, or what is causing this? Any help would be much appreciated.

neOS works fine on WBlinds version 4.5, I use it extensively on my machine (Windows XP Pro) so I would say that if you downloaded the updated version of the skin (and/or the other skins that exhibit the issue are new or updated) - you may need to update to the current version of WBlinds.

If you can't update for some reason, you could try uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling WindowBlinds to get the program back to the default settings - then try to apply (remember to save files you want, and to delete the WindowBlinds directory to insure a clean default install if you decide to go this route).

If you are running Windows XP, and the default Windows theme settings are working fine, I would suspect a program or setting issue.
